dc.description.abstract | As meny constructions in power plants work under the influence of the
electromagnetic fields, obtaining of Joule’s heat as the thermal loading of the thin metallic
plate subjected in homogenius, time changing, impulsiv electromagnetic field is presented in
this paper. Direction of the electromagnetic field is normal to the middle surface of the plate.
Plate thickness is small compared to the depth of penetration of the magnetic field. Impulsiv
changing in the magnetic field is the reason of the conducting currents in the material. The
problem is solved in analytical form as the interior Dirichlet boundary problem. Intensity of
thermal loading of the plate is obtained in dynamical form by using integral transforms. It
depends of electromagnetic characteristics of the material, intensity of exterior magnetic field,
impulse’s cycle... Thermal loading is the entrance for furder calculation of the behavior of the
plate, which is usualy done by FEM. | sr |
