dc.description.abstract | The aim of this paper was to improve the technological procedure, operations and construction of the vibro-motor coupling of the crusher bucket from steel grade C45. The work defines important materials, approaches and methods of welding and plasma cutting. Problems with time-consume and additional finances which are appearing in manufacturing processes in mechanical engineering are also presented in detail in the paper. Also, analysis and solution of the problem are shown. The connection between the two couplings is not made of pieces, but is cut from the board in the appropriate quality. During the fabrication, in addition to machining on a lathe, making a wedge on a nut machine for making wedges, drilling holes, threading, plasma cutting operations and welding operations, the heat treatment process was applied to obtain required material properties, cold galvanizing process, and also process of rubber molding located between two couplings is presented. Nowadays, plasma cutting and welding are highly reliable methods of metal processing that immediately bring profit to customers. The great importance of the proposed and successfully realized idea of a finished piece fabrication has its practical application. | en |
