AB  - Operacija obrade glodanjem sa tri numerički upravljane ose često u savremenim uslovima obuhvata izradu površina čija topologija utiče na pojavu različitih opterećenja u sistemu pomoćnog kretanja mašine alatke. Kao rezultat toga, dobijaju se obrađene površine sa netačnostima uzrokovanim između ostalog geometrijom oblika koji se izrađuje i uticajem veličine pomeranja u pojedinim osama u svim segmentima putanje alata. Cilj rada je ispitivanje grešaka koje nastaju pri obradi pojedinih složenih oblika. Analiza oblika je realizovana u dve faze: softverski poređenjem geometrije obradka sa oblicima koji se dobijaju putanjom alata, kao i fizički skeniranjem obrađenih površina kontaktnom metodom i poređenjem dobijenog oblaka tačaka sa modelom izradka.
AB  - Milling process on three axis milling machine very often includes making a surfaces whose topology affect to appear different problems in motion systems of machine tools. As a result of the aforementioned problem, the produced surfaces have inaccuracies, which are caused by produced shape geometry and impact of moving, along the individual axis in all segments of the tool path.The aim of this paper is to examine the occur errors during the processing of complex shape. Shape analysis is realized along the two phases: comparing the CAD model and geometry obtained by tool path simulation, as well as comparing point cloud got by phisical scaning produced part with CAD model.

AB  - With the rapid advancement of internet technologies (IT) and computer numerical control (CNC) technologies, the production environment has significantly changed in the last two decades. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard 6983 (G-code), which is still being used as a link between computer aided design/computer aided process planning/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAPP/CAM) and CNC system, represents an obstacle for the full integration of design and manufacturing. The result of efforts to eliminate these obstacles and shortcomings of developed standards for data exchange and sharing is the development of (STEP-ISO 10303) standard, as well as its extension to numerical control STEP-NC. This paper shows the current possibility of implementing STEP-NC in integration of computer aided technologies CAx and CNC systems in actual production conditions. Two scenarios represent a new approach to programming CNC machine tools using the STEP-NC protocol, which is explained in detail with IDEF0 diagrams, with defining necessary equipment and software. Implementation of the STEP-NC protocol described by the integration definition for function modeling (IDEF0) methodology was experimentally verified on specific examples for both scenarios, with the application of available CAD/CAM systems and the STEP-NC machine software, as well as appropriate virtual and physical CNC machine tools.

AB  - Development of modern machine tools basically is directed on improvement of kinematic structures and exploitation characteristics. As a result of this in last two decades industry more and more uses machine tools based on parallel and hybrid kinematics with significant increasing of speed of main and movement and feederate. In order to provide more efficient exploitations of these machines, reduce of the preparation time of production, increase of the safety of users and
machines is necessary application of software for simulation and verification programs.
This paper presents the concept of modern technological preparing of manufacturing in the case of the definition of virtual machine tools based on conventional - serial and hybrid kinematics, simulation of machining and verification of programs for machining of characteristic workpiece.

AB  - Kontinualni razvoj tehnike i društva uopšte je u velikoj meri omogućen intenzivanim razvojem i
usavršavanjem proizvodnih tehnologija. To se naročito odnosi na razvoj mašina alatki kao osnove savremenih tehnoloških sistema. Najvažniji pravci razvoja mašina alatki su: intenzivno povećanje režima obrade u cilju obrade savremenih materijala, unapređenje mehaničke strukture mašina, modularnost upravljačkih sistema i uključivanje u industrijski koncept Interneta stvari (Industry Internet of Things). U skladu sa tim se sve više primenjuju i savremene metode obrazovanja inženjera proizvodnog mašinstva i operatera na mašinama. Ove metode obuhvataju primenu različitih softverskih rešenja od simulatora prilagodljivih konfiguracija mašina pa do kompleksnih računarskih sistema baziranih na veštačkoj inteligenciji, kao i intenzivnu primenu modularnih edukacionih i industrijskih mašina alatki. Primena savremenih metoda edukacije učenika srednjih škola, polaznika različitih programa prekvalifikacije kao i visokoobrazovanih kadrova u oblasti mašinske industrije je od ključnog značaja za njihovo brzo uključivanje u savremenu proizvodnju.
U radu se prikazju savremene metode edukacije u oblasti numerički upravljanih mašina alatki i neki od rezultata višegodišnjeg iskustva autora u njihovoj primeni u Republici Srbiji.
AB  - The continuous development of technologies and society is enabled by intensive developments
improvement of production technologies. This applies in particular to the development of machine tools as a basis of industrial technological systems of today. The main directions of improvement of machine tools are extensively increased cutting data necessary for the processes of cutting modern materials, improving the structure of the machine, a modular control systems and integration into the industrial concept of the Internet of Things (Internet of Things Industry).
In line with these improvements are created new trends and methods of production engineering education of engineers and operators on the machines. Those trends include the use of various software solutions of the simulator machine configuration adaptable to complex computer systems based on artificial intelligence, as well as intensive implementation of modular educational and commercial machine tools. The application of modern methods of education of high school students, students of various programs and retraining of highly educated personnel in the field of production engineering is crucial for their rapid integration into modern production. The paper describes modern methods of education in the field of machine tools and years of experience of the author on their application in the Republic of Serbia.

AB  - Razvoj i usavršavanje mašina alatki u najvažnije ciljeve ubraja: povećanje fleksibilnosti mašina, brzine obrade i maksimalno iskorišćenje raspoloživog radnog prostora. Usavršavanje mašina alatki baziranih na paralelnoj ili hibridnoj kinematskoj strukturi predstavlja jedan od potencijalno najinteresantnijih pravaca istraživanja koji omogućuju ispunjenje svih pomenutih zahteva. U radu je prezentovan deo istraživanja sprovedenog u cilju utvrđivanja upotrebne vrednosti O-X hibridnog mehanizma u obe konfiguracije radnog prostora koje ovaj mehanizam poseduje. Istraživanja su
sprovedena računarskom simulacijom kinematike mašine sa realnim dimenzijama komponenata što predstavlja verifikaciju njenih mogućnosti pre izrade fizičkog prototipa.
AB  - Development and improvement of machine tools in modern conditions includes: increasing of flexibility, machining speed and better utilization of available workspace. Improvement of a machine tools based on parallel or hybrid kinematics areone of potential most interesting research directions that enable the fulfillment of all above mentioned demands. In this paper is presented part of the research of a usage value of O-X hybrid mechanism in both configurations of a workspace which this mechanism has. The research was conducted by using a computer simulation of the machine kinematics by using real dimensions of components. That makes verification of its possibilities before building of a physical prototype.

abstract = "Razvoj i usavršavanje mašina alatki u najvažnije ciljeve ubraja: povećanje fleksibilnosti mašina, brzine obrade i maksimalno iskorišćenje raspoloživog radnog prostora. Usavršavanje mašina alatki baziranih na paralelnoj ili hibridnoj kinematskoj strukturi predstavlja jedan od potencijalno najinteresantnijih pravaca istraživanja koji omogućuju ispunjenje svih pomenutih zahteva. U radu je prezentovan deo istraživanja sprovedenog u cilju utvrđivanja upotrebne vrednosti O-X hibridnog mehanizma u obe konfiguracije radnog prostora koje ovaj mehanizam poseduje. Istraživanja su
sprovedena računarskom simulacijom kinematike mašine sa realnim dimenzijama komponenata što predstavlja verifikaciju njenih mogućnosti pre izrade fizičkog prototipa., Development and improvement of machine tools in modern conditions includes: increasing of flexibility, machining speed and better utilization of available workspace. Improvement of a machine tools based on parallel or hybrid kinematics areone of potential most interesting research directions that enable the fulfillment of all above mentioned demands. In this paper is presented part of the research of a usage value of O-X hybrid mechanism in both configurations of a workspace which this mechanism has. The research was conducted by using a computer simulation of the machine kinematics by using real dimensions of components. That makes verification of its possibilities before building of a physical prototype.",

AB  - The application of computer technologies based on enhanced geometric interpretation of the product in terms of virtual prototype is considered as the basis for product development in the XXI century. This enables integrated development of products that includes the conception, design, optimization, production planning and the manufacture of machine tool as a product of complex mechatronic structure. This paper describes the configuration of the new machine tool with a hybrid kinematic structure based on the original O-X glide mechanism, which includes analyses of

Proposed are two variants of possible applying, with verification on example. AB  - Presented in this paper is a comparative analysis of vibrations, measured during machining process and modelled by FEM. Moreover, microscopic structure of chip cross section was analyzed in order to establish the frequency of lamellae generation and its influence on the total level of vibrations of the cutting tool. Based on the results thus obtained, a method was proposed which allows determination of tool wear degree through separation of reliable indicators from the high-frequency spectrum of the measured vibration signals. This investigation showed that the change of chip segmentation frequency significantly influences the output vibration signal within the high-frequency spectrum, and is a function of tool wear degree.
