Apstrakt
Sagledavanje mogućih otkaza na jednom tehničkom sistemu predstavlja vrhunski inženjerski zadatak. Ovaj rad predlaže potpuno nov prilaz široko prihvaćenoj metodi analize otkaza - FMEA. Rad opisuje metodu pod nazivom Analiza oblika, posledica i rizika otkaza ili FMERA (Failure Modes, Effects and Risks Analysis) - to je tehnika inženjerskog projektovanja koja se koristi u cilju identifikovanja i kvantifikovanja rizika od pojave i posledica otkaza, rano u procesu razvoja, kroz sveobuhvatno sagledavanje troškova životnog ciklusa sistema, a time direktno utiče na smanjenje kasnijih mogućih štetnih posledica. .
Considering the possible failures within a technical system represents a major engineering task. This paper suggests a completely new approach to the widely accepted failure analysis method - FMEA. The paper describes a method named Failure Modes, Effects and Risks Analysis or FMERA, which is a technique of design engineering, used at risk identifying and quantifying, from the moment of risk occurrence and its effects early in the process of development, through a comprehensive consideration of a system life cycle cost, thus having a direct impact on the later reduction of possible negative consequences. .
