Biomass in the district heating system of Negotin
Apstrakt
Osnovni cilj ove studije je da demonstrira energetske, ekonomske i ekološke koristi supstitucije klasičnih energenata obnovljivim izvorima energije i sistemima centralnog (daljinskog) grejanja. Gotovo 40% teritorije opštine Negotin koristi se za zemljoradnju, a 25% je pokriveno šumama. Pokazalo se da je eksploatacija šumskog materijala pouzdan energetski resurs. Iz tih razloga projektovan je sistem seče, skladištenja, sušenja, sitnjenja do veličine iverja i transporta sa rastojanja do 40 km. Za neposredno snabdevanje kotlarnice predviđena su tri sezonska skladišta na rastojanjima do 5 km i jedno skladište za 5-7 dana neposredno uz kotlarnicu. U okviru kotlarnice zbog potrebe pouzdanosti pogona projektovan je sistem od dva kotla jedinične snage kotlova od po 3,0 MW. U normalnim okolnostima jedan kotao se pogoni u baznom režimu, a drugi se uključuje u najhladnijem mesecu. Zbog mogućnosti oscilovanja vlažnosti goriva, odabran je sistem sagorevanja na kosoj mehaničkoj rešetki sa pomerljivi...m rostovima. Za prečišćavanje dimnih gasova predviđen je ciklonski odvajač grubih čestica i vrećasti filter. Pogon kotlova je potpuno automatski.
The basic goal of this study is to demonstrate energetic, economical and ecological benefits of substitution of classical energy sources with renewables in district heating systems. Almost 40% of Negotin municipality is used for agriculture, and forests cover 25%. Analysis of currently available resources has shown that exploitation of forest material is only reliable energy resource. Because of that, a system for cutting, storage, drying and chips production as well as for transport of up to 40 km is designed. For supplying the boiler room three seasonal warehouses, located at 5 km distant one from another are foreseeen and one warehouse for 5-7 days placed next to the boiler room. In order to provide reliable operation of the plant, a system is designed with two boilers of 3 MW unit power each. In normal circumstances one boiler operates in the base regime, and the other is activated in the coldest month. Because of possible oscillations of fuel moisture, a system of combustion at th...e step mechanical grate with movable grate bars is chosen. For flue gases cleaning, the cyclone separator of coarse particles and the bag filter are foreseen. The boiler operation is fully automatized.
