Upravljanje ljudskim resursima kao savremeni metodološki pristup uspešnoj ekonomiji

The success, as a civilization imperative of the 21st century, is conditioned by a series of pre-defined and properly positioned factors. The modern age requires a high degree of knowledge, quality and creativity. A key factor of the system and the holder of all the process, towards the aim, is a man, ie. employee. Knowledge, creativity, skill and talent of the individual employee, represent the potential for making a profit, growth and new jobs. Optimal management of knowledge and quality of human resources, requires a symbiosis of innovation and quality of knowledge and life. The result must be a successful business policy in the competitive marketplace.
Uspeh, kao civilizacijski imperativ 21. veka, uslovljen je nizom prethodno definisanih i pravilno postavljenih činilaca. Savremeno doba zahteva visok stepen znanja, kvaliteta i stvaralaštva. Ključni faktor sistema i nosilac svih procesa na putu ka cilju je čovek, tj. zaposleni. Znanje, kreativnost, veština i talenat individualnog zaposlenog predstavljaju potencijal za stvaranje profita, razvoja i novih radnih mesta. Optimalno upravljanje znanjem i kvalitetom ljudskih resursa, zahteva simbiozu inovativnosti i kvaliteta znanja i života. Rezultat mora biti uspešna poslovna politika na kompetitivnom tržištu.
