Sustainable project management and innovative green technology models in building
Апстракт
Sustainable management of building construction projects in urban areas requires a
modern approach and new solutions in terms of sustainable development and
environmental quality improvement. New green innovative technologies include
comprehensive activities, such as modern solutions of vertical garden and roof garden
on the facilities, as well as details of water regime. This paper presents the types of
extensive and intensive green roof, with details of implementation, including the
problem of drainage. Sustainable modes of reductions in global warming in urban areas
are shown in a few striking examples from the world.
