Specific training and particularity of human resources management for sports tourist centers
Abstract
Young people prefer adrenalin sport tourism, than spa, cultural, or some others. There are a lot of tourist sport centers all over the world, offering different sport attractions: windsurf, kite surf, surfing, paragliding, parachuting, rafting, kayaking, etc. But, sport participation, even only recreationally, bring a certain risk. Optimal organization of one sport campus requires additional training of all employees, in order to provide successful and safe offers. The main goal of this paper is to analyze theoretically specific holistic approach to necessary additional training of employees and particularity of HRM in such sport centers. Theoretical approach is tested and proved on real case study – kite surf eco and sport campus Ada Bojana.
