KNOWLEDGE AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE FUNCTION OF IDENTITY POLICIES IMPROVEMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND CREATIVE INDUSTRY

Abstract

The present moment of civilization development requires a high degree of knowledge, quality and creativity. Optimal management of knowledge and quality, symbiosis of creative industries and the quality of life, as a result have a successful identity politics in high education. The pursuit of quality of life becomes more important, and personal development is based on creativity and the application of new technology. The creative industry includes all activities originating from individual creativity, skill and talent and thay have the potential to create wealth and jobs, through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property. Industrial development includes intensive previous research on the analysis of the impact of creative (intellectual) capital on opportunities to resolve social and economic problems, and economic prosperity. Hypotheses and evidence of this paper are presented on the case study of the Belgrade Polytechnic, one of the institutions of high education in Serbia, which has been successfully adapted to modern trends.
