A new theory of electroviscoelasticity describes the behavior of electrificied liquid-liquid interfaces in fine dispersed systems and is based on the new constitutive model of liquids. The generalized equation of ordinary time derivative and integral are replaced with corresponding fractional-order time derivative and integral order p. Finally, one can obtain solution in time domain using the corresponding Green function.
