dc.description.abstract | Zbog izuzetno oštrih zahteva vezanih za ostvarivanje projektovanog kapaciteta i pouzdanost u radu, projektovanje i proračun vitalnih delova pretovarnih mostova za ugalj - noseća konstrukcija i pogon kretanja - predstavlja složen zadatak. U radu je izložen jedan originalan postupak proračuna noseće konstrukcije pretovarnih mostova sa elevatorima, sa posebnim osvrtom na problem određivanja opterećenja izazvanog zahvatanjem uglja. Izloženi postupak određivanja pomenutog opterećenja, uz razvijenu softversku podršku omogućava da se brzo, i dovoljno tačno, odrede njegove relevantne dinamičke i stohastičke karakteristike. Verifikacija pristupa problemu proračuna čvrstoće strukture izvršena je na konkretnom primeru - strukturi pretovarnog mosta raspona 50 m, kapaciteta 300 t/h. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | Due to extremely demanding goals for accomplishing rated capacity and reliability of driving systems, design and calculus of main parts of unloading bridges like supporting structure and driving systems is a very complex problem. This paper presents an original algorithm for simulation of behavior of supporting structure of special bridge-type stacker-reclaimer with emphasis on problems related to determination the loads caused by coal reclaiming process. Presented algorithm, along with adequate software enables fast and accurate enough determination of both dynamic and stochastic characteristics. Validation of structure analysis is done on real machine i.e. special unloading bridge with span of 50 m and capacity of 300 t/h. | en |
