dc.description.abstractIn this paper the procedure for the cutting forces and torque simulation in tapping is presented, which is based on the transformation of the results obtained by orthogonal to oblique cutting. Analyzing the results of orthogonal cutting experiments on lathe by statistical analysis, identification of a set of cutting parameters was made that is applicable for any machining process with a specific tool-workpiece material combination. Relations between the tap angles in tool-in-hand and the tool-in-use geometry, were obtained by analyzing the active part of straight fluted taps, through appropriate transformation matrix of the coordinate systems, using the conventions for their description and representation which are used in modeling problems of the body, ie. in computer graphics. The position and length of major and minor cutting edges was taken from the parametric defined CAD model. Simulation results for tapping with M10 tap are presented along with experimental results at the same conditions.sr
dc.description.abstractU radu je prikazana procedura za simulaciju sila i momenta urezivanja navoja, koja se zasniva na transformaciji rezultata koji su dobijeni ortogonalnim rezanjem u koso rezanje. Obradom rezultata dobijenih eksperimentima ortogonalnog rezanja na strugu, statističkom analizom, izvršena je identifikacija skupa parametara rezanja koji su primenjivi za konkretan par materijala alata i obratka na svaki proces obrade rezanjem. Relacije između uglova ureznika u ravnima statičke i kinematičke geometrije, dobijene su analizom reznog dela ureznika sa pravim žlebovima, preko odgovarajućih transformacionih matrica nad koordinatnim sistemima ureznika, koristeći konvencije za njihov opis i predstavljanje koje se koristi i u problemima modeliranja tela, tj. kompjuterskoj grafici. Položaj i dužina glavnih i pomoćnih sečiva reznog dela ureznika preuzeta je sa parametarski definisanog CAD modela. Rezultati simulacije urezivanja navoja M10, prikazani su uporedo sa eksperimentalnim rezultatima urezivanja pri istim uslovima obrade.sr
