Design, calculations and investigation of truss roof construction

Abstract

Upotreba rešetkastih zavarenih konstrukcija je česta u mašinstvu. U radu je opisana procedura modeliranja, proračuna i ispitivanja rešetkaste konstrukcije na primeru krovnog nosača hale raspona 8m. Posebno je opisana procedura korišćenja naredbe Frame Generator softvera Autodesk Inventor(R), koja se koristi za jednostavno modeliranje konstrukcija koje su sastavljene od standardnih profila, kao i modul Frame analysis koji omogućava da se predvidi ponašanje konstrukcije pod dejstvom opterećenja. Rezultat proračuno je uporešen i sa rezultatima drugih softvera. Na kraju rada se daju i eksperimentalni rezultati ispitivanja date konstrukcije za slučaj statičkog opterećenja.

The use of truss constructions is frequent in mechanical engineering. This paper describes the procedures of construction, calculations and investigation for truss constructions at the example of roof structure of the Hall range 8m. It is described the procedure of using the command Frame Generator Sofware Package Autodesk Inventor (R), which is used for simple modeling of structures that are composed of standard profiles, as well as module Frame Analysis that allows to predict the behavior of constructions under the action of load. The result of calculations were compared with results of other software. Finally the paper gives the experimental results of the construction for the case of static load.
