Ušteda toplotne energije za grejanje stanova u soliteru u Novom Beogradu postignuta merenjem potrošnje toplote iz sistema daljinskog grejanja

Abstract

U radu su prikazani rezultati merenja potrošnje toplote za grejanje stanova u Novom Beogradu tokom dve uzastopne grejne sezone, kao i uticaj tih merenja na uštedu energije preuzete iz sistema daljinskog grejanja. Merenja su sprovedena tokom grejnih sezona 2002/03. i 2003/04, na odabranom paru zgrada "bliznakinja" u bloku 63 u Novom Beogradu, povezanim na sistem daljinskog grejanja JKP "Beogradske elektrane". Zgrade u kojima su vršena merenja identične su po svojim arhitektonsko-građevinskim i termičkim karakteristikama. Jedna zgrada je "radna", a druga "kontrolna". U "radnoj" zgradi merena je ukupna potrošnja toplote na nivou zgrade, kao i potrošnja toplote za grejanje svakog stana, i stanari su bili u mogućnosti da utiču na potrošnju toplote. U "kontrolnoj" zgradi merena je samo ukupna potrošnja toplote u toplotnoj podstanici, a stanari su imali minimalne mogućnosti da regulišu potrošnju energije za grejanje. U radu je upoređena potrošnja toplote za grejanje "radne" i "kontrolne" zgrade i analiziran uticaj merenja potrošnje toplote na ostvarenu uštedu energije za grejanje.

The paper presents results of heating energy consumption measurements in buildings in New Belgrade for two heating seasons, as well as influence of these measurements on energy savings. The measurements were carried out during heating seasons 2002/03 and 2003/04 in a pair of buildings in Block 63 in New Belgrade, connected to the district heating system "Beogradske elektrane". The buildings, in which measurements were performed, have had identical architectural and thermal characteristics. One of the buildings in the pair was a "test" building and the other "control" one. In the "test" building the energy consumption was measured in the substation, as well as energy consumption for heating of each apartment, and occupants were able to regulate the heating system. In the "control" building the energy consumption was measured only for the whole building, and occupants had almost no impact on heating energy consumption. In the paper the comparison of energy consumption for heating between the "test" and "control" buildings has been presented and the influence of energy consumption measurements on the achieved energy savings has been analyzed.
