U ovom radu prikazano je određivanje preostale čvrstoće zavarenih posuda pod pritiskom pomoću krivih otpornosti zavarenog spoja i parametarskih krivih sila rasta prsline. Pri tom su krive otpornosti određene eksperimentalno, a sile rasta prsline numerički na osnovu teorijski razrađenih modela elastoplastičnog ponašanja cilindričnih tankih ljusaka. Cilj rada je da se eksperimentalno određivanje J integrala metodom direktnog merenja primeni na realnu posudu pod pritiskom umesto na epruvetama, čime bi se utvrdile razlike u njihovom ponašanju, koje nastaju kao posledica modifikacije osnovnih jednačina jednoosnog naponskog stanja dvoosnim, i time do uspostavljanja pouzdanih kriterijuma za procenu preostale čvrstoće u zavarenim posudama pod pritiskom sa aksijalnom prslinom.
This M. Sc. thesis concerns problems in evaluating the residual strength of welded pressure vessels by applying resistance curves of welded joints and using the crack driving force parameter curves. Resistance curves have been obtained experimentally and crack growth forces were numerically attained on theoretically based models of elastic-plastic material behavior in cylindrical thin shells. The major aim is to analyze the application of experimental J integral measurements on real pressure vessels instead of using specimens, thus defining differences that arise from a plane stress state, that should be regarded instead of an previous uni-axial interpretation, and in developing a reliable procedure comprised of modified criteria for predicting the residual strength of welded pressure vessels with an axial crack.
