In this paper it is presented a new theory of electroviscoelasticity which describes the
behavior of electrified liquid-liquid interfaces in fine dispersed systems. It is based on a
new constitutive model of liquids: fractional order model (generalized the Van der Pol
equation) with corresponding fractional-order time derivative and integral of order p <
1,linear and nonlinear case.
