Testing and use of upgraded and adopted software for the operation diagnosis of a steam power plant
Испитивање и примена надограђеног и адаптираног софтверског система за дијагностику рада парног блока термоелектране
Апстракт
The results presented in this paper follow the previous phase of development of adaptive software system for on-line operation diagnosis of a steam power unit. The development of this software system was realized through the project 213001 participated by Ministry of science of Republic Serbia from National program of energy efficiency. Issue of this project is realization of software system for the automated process analysis in real time for getting instructive information for the possibility of intervention to improve the operation of steam turbine unit. The work of this referent software system depends from the basic software system for the operation diagnosis of a steam power unit which should inform it about the operation conditions and operational states of different components of steam turbine unit in the nearest previously time period. The both software systems should work parallely and autonomously, but their “communication” would realize after the formed base of results. Howe...ver, beside the “communication” role, the basic software system gives through the detailed analysis of process much more information about steam turbine unit operation, characteristic for the expert system. In meantime this software system was upgraded with the new software modules to complete the operation diagnosis and also adapted for the analysis of operation in the regimes with by-pass of high pressure heat exchangers which were often presented in operation.
