Dobijanje alata za presovanje, brizganje i duvanje plastičnih masa, gume i keramike postupkom elektroformiranja

Abstract

U ovom radu je opisana tehnologija elektroformiranja za dobijanje alata sa kopija orginalnog predmeta. Na ovaj način je zaštitićen orginalni predmet od oštećenja s obzirom da se samo jednom sa njega uzima otisak i s druge strane se standardizuje postupak pripreme površine i hemijske metalizacije. Ovim postupkom mogu se izraditi jeftini proizvodi veoma komplikovanih oblika i malih serija u kratkom vremenskom periodu.

This communication presents the development of the electroforming technique for making a tool from the copy of the original part. In this way, the original part is protected form the the damage, because impression is taken only once, and procedures for the pretreatment of the surface and chemical metalization are standardized. The electroforming technique described here is low-cost procedure for fabrication of parts of complex shape in low-number series and in short period of time.
