dc.description.abstractU radu je prikazana analiza geometrije reznog dela mašinskog ureznika sa pravim žlebovima i model za predikciju sila i momenta procesa urezivanja navoja. Pored postavljanja analitičkog modela, ureznici su modelirani u CAD paketu sa glavnim parametrima iz eksterne baze podataka. Geometrija reznog alata je detaljno definisana u geometrijskom sistemu koji uključuje set geo- metrijskih parametara koji definišu apsolutne i relativne pozicije svih elemenata u obradnom sistemu. Da bi se odredili odnosi među uglovima koji definišu geometriju alata, određene su matrice orijentacije za različite koordinatne sisteme ureznika. Postavljen je linearni model između sila reza- nja i površine preseka strugotine koju predstavlja proizvod debljine rezanog sloja i širine obrade. Usvojeni linearni model sila rezanja obuhvata dve komponente, komponente rezanja u zoni smicanja i komponente koje nastaju u zoni rezanja a opisuju se kao ivične sile. Definisani su koeficijenti rezanja za kombinaciju materijala obratka ˇC4320 i materijala alata od brzoreznog čelika ˇC9780. Predloženi model za predikciju sila i momenta mašinskog ureznika uključuje efekte geometrije glavnih i pomoćnih sečiva. Prikazani su rezultati eksperimentalne verifikacije obrade urezivanja navoja u otvoru, standardnim ureznicima sa tri prava žleba koji su upoređeni sa predikova- nim vrednostima sila i momenata.sr
dc.description.abstractThe paper presents cutting tools geometry analysis of the active part of straight fluted taps and a model for predicting the tapping forces and torque. In addition to setting the analytical models, the taps are modelled in CAD package with the main parameters from the external database. The geometry of the cutting tool is defined in detail in the geometry system, which includes a set of geometric parameters that determine the absolute and relative positions of all elements in the machining system. To derive the relation between the angles that define the geometry of the tools, the orientation matrices for coordinate systems of taps are defined. Cutting forces are expressed as linear functions of uncut chip thickness and width of cut and include both the forces due to shearing and the edge forces at the flank of the cutting edge. The cutting coefficients for material combination of the workpiece (16MnCr5) and tool (HSS-E, EMo5Co5) were identified using the orthogonal cutting mechanics. Proposed model for prediction the tapping forces and torque of the machine tap, in addition to the effects of the major cutting edges, includes an action from minor cutting edges too. Results of experimental verification of through hole tapping with three straight fluted standard taps are presented and comparison with the predicted values of the proposed procedures is shown.en
