Conceptual frame for re-engineering of bogies on locomotives series no JŽ 441 and 461
Апстракт
Savremeni pristup u procesu inženjerskog projektovanja zasniva se na konkurentnom razvoj u proizvoda i tehnologije. Ova metodologija ima poseban značaj u reinženjeringu proizvoda, čija realizacija po finansijskim ulaganjima pripada kapitalnim dobrima. Na osnovu ovog sagledavan]a, u radu se daje konceptualni okvir za reinženjering mašinskih sistema obrtnih postolja lokomotiva JZ 441 i JZ 461 formiran na bazi rezultata višegodišnje analize. Parametri ponašanja postolja dobijeni u eksploataciji omogućili su formiranje modela za računsku analizu u statičkim i dinamičkim uslovima. Po verifikaciji, računski modeli korišćeni su u istraživanjima najpovoljnijih varijanti postolja iz aspekta raspodele naponskog stanja, pomeranja, glavnih oblika oscilovanja i sopstvenih frekvenci. Dobijem rezultati predstavljaju značajan segment u realizaciji savremenog konceptualnog okvira u konkurentnom razvoju obrtnih postolja, naročito danas kada se očekuje rekonstrukcija navedenih lokomotiva uz finansijsku p...odršku Evropske banke za razvoj.
Modern access to the process of engineer project designing based on concrete development of products and technology. This methodology has special importance in re-engineering of products, the implementation of which in respect of financial investments belongs to the capital goods. Based of such way of examination, the paper present the conceptual frame of re-engineering of mechanical systems regarding bogies on the locomotives Series No JŽ 441 and 461 being created upon results of the analysis during large number of years. Parameters of behavior of bogies obtained out of operation have provided for creation of models for calculation analysis under statistic and dynamic conditions. Upon verification, computing models have been used for research of the most favorable variants of bogies considered from the aspect of distribution of voltage status, displacement, major oscillation forms and own frequencies. Results obtained represent a significant segment in implementation of modern concept...ual frame for the very concrete development of bogies, particularly at present, when reconstruction of the above said locomotives are expected to be carried out with the financial support by the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction.
