dc.description.abstractU mnogim oblastima industrije često se javlja potreba za stvaranjem vakuuma u raznim instalacijama rezervoara, cevovoda, kućišta itd. Vakuum se u tim instalacijama može formirati uz pomoć raznih uređaja, a prvenstveno se za to koriste vakuum-pumpe koje mogu da rade na raznim principima. Jedan od načina za stavaranje vakuuma u instalacijama je primena ejektora. Za formiranje vakuuma, ejektori mogu kao pogonski odnosno radni fluid da koriste tečnost gas ili paru. Izbor radnog fluida zavisi od visine vakuuma koji je potrebno ostvariti kao i od vrste gasa, pare ili isparenja koje je potrebno odstraniti iz vakuumiranog prostora. U ovom radu prikazan je postupak za izračunavanje vremena vakuumiranja prostora određene zapremine, primenom ejektora koji kao pogonski radni fluid koriste vodu. Takođe su prikazani rezultati proračuna vakuumiranja prostora zapremine V = 3 m3 u funkciji od protoka radne vode koja se koristi za pogon ejektora, pritiska iste vode prečnika cevi koja spaja prostor koji se vakuumira sa ejektorom i odnosa karakterističnih preseka površina ejektora. Rezultati su predstavljeni dijagramima.sr
dc.description.abstractIn various fields of industry, there is often a necessity for vacuum forming in various systems (tanks, pipelines, casings etc). Vacuum in such systems may be formed by applying various devices, and to that effect the vacuum pumps that may function on various principles are used. One of the methods for vacuum formation in the systems represents the ejector application Vacuum formation ejectors may use a liquid, gas or vapor as a working fluid The working fluid selection depends on the vacuum height that is necessary to achieve as well as on the type of gas, vapor or evaporation that is necessary to remove from the vacuuming area. This paper deals with the procedure for calculating the vacuuming time for the space of a given volume by using the ejector that uses water as its working fluid. Moreover, the calculation results for vacuuming 3 m3 space in the function of the flow rate of process water used for the ejector’s drive, water pressure, diameter of the pipe connecting the whole vacuuming area with the ejector and relationship of the characteristics of the ejector’s surface sections. The results are presented by graphs.en
