dc.description.abstractU radu su eksperimentalno određeni koeficijenti prelaženja toplote drveta bukve (Fagus moesiaca) u funkciji površinske vlažnosti uzoraka. Toplotni fluks određivan je preko integralne formule entalpije koja je dobijena preko profila vlažnosti i temperature. Određivanje entalpije uzoraka zahtevalo je uzimanje u razmatranje svake od komponenata sistema drvo-vazduh-voda. Za vrednosti koeficijenta prelaženja toplote eksperimentalno su dobijene vrednosti: 23 W/(m2K); 30 W/(m2K) i 34 W/(m2K), za brzine strujanja: 1 m/s 2 m/s i 3 m/s. Ove vrednosti su veće od vrednosti dobijenih teorijom sličnosti i analogijom između prelaženja toplote i vlage. Vrednosti su pokazale dobra slaganja sa literaturnim navodima. Rad je finansiran sredstvima projekta Ministarstva za nauku, tehnologije i razvoj Republike Srbije pod nazivom: "Unapređenje postojećeg stanja i razvoj laminata od drveta kod kuhinjskih i trpezarijskih garnitura"; br. ugovora BTP.5.06.0523.B.sr
dc.description.abstractIn this paper the experimental values of the heat transfer coefficient of beech wood and its relations with surface moisture content were defined. The heat flux was determined by the integral expression of total enthalpy obtained by the temperature and moisture profiles. The determination of the total enthalpy of samples required the consideration of each component of the wood-air-water system. The obtained values of the heat transfer coefficient were: 23W/(m2K); 30W/(m2K) and 34W/(m2K), having in mind the air velocity of: 1m/s, 2m/s, and 3m/s, respectively. Experimentally obtained values were slightly higher than the values obtained by theory of similarity and analogy between heat and mass transfer. The values show agreement with the values of the heat transfer coefficient given in the literature.en
