Razvoj informacionog podsistema tekućeg održavanja i praćenja železničkih vagona na delu barske pruge Vreoci - Prijepolje

Abstract

Informacioni podsistem tekućeg održavanja i praćenja vagona na delu barske pruge razvijen je i implementiran u rad Tehničko-kolske službe sa sedištem u Požegi. On obuhvata računarsko vođenje evidencije o održavanju i praćenju neispravnih vagona. Efekti ovog podsistema mogu se oceniti sa stanovišta pravovremene i potpune informacije o tehničkom stanju neispravnog teretnog kolskog parka, povećanju broja raspoloživog kolskog parka, smanjenju broja neispravnih vagona, obezbeđivanju praćenja stanja neispravnog kolskog parka po serijama, vrstama neispravnosti, mestu isključenja i po individualnim brojevima. Na osnovu toga stiče se potpuni uvid u pouzdanost pojedinih serija vagona i pojedinačno praćenje funkcionalne ispravnosti njihovih sklopova, podsklopova i delova. Precizno postavljanje planova obezbeđuje optimalne zalihe rezervnih delova i materijala, kao i podatke i analitičke pokazatelje neophodne za statističku obradu podataka.

The information sub-system of the current maintenance and monitoring of rolling stock movement on a Belgrade - Bar line section, has been developed and implemented in practice in the Technical Car Service located in Požega. It includes a computerized recording of maintenance and monitoring of cars out of order. The effects of this sub-system can be assessed from the standpoint of timely and complete information on the technical status of freight rolling stock which is out of order, increased availability of wagons, reduction of numbers of defective wagons, provision of monitoring the status of defective rolling stock by serie, types of defects places of putting out of service and by individual numbers. On that basis a full insight into the reliability of individual series of wagons and individual monitoring of functional condition of their assemblies sub-assemblies and parts is obtained. A precise setting up of plans ensures the optimal stock of spa re parts and materials, as well as the data and analytical indicators necessary for statistical data processing.
