Analiza opravdanosti rekonstrukcije parnog kotla na ugalj u cilju sagorevanja otpadaka iz procesa proizvodnje jestivog ulja

Abstract

U fabrici ulja "Sunce", u Somboru, moguće je izvršiti rekonstrukciju parnog kotla KLM 125 na ugalj, produkcije 3,89 kg/s suvozasićene pare pritiska 14 bar, tako da u njemu može da sagoreva čvrsti sagorljivi otpad iz procesa proizvodnje jestivog ulja, donje toplotne moći 17 000 kJ/kg. Na osnovu rezultata kontrolnih termičkih proračuna, pri radu parnog kotla sa radnim pritiskom od 14 bar, utvrđeno je da količina uglja, koja godišnje iznosi oko 5 000 000 kg, može da se zameni sagorljivim otpadom i da bi ušteda u ovom slučaju iznosila oko 12 000 000,00 dinara godišnje. Cena rekonstrukcije parnog kotla, prema preliminarnim proračunima, iznosi oko 8 000 000,00 dinara. Na osnovu analize opravdanosti, rekonstrukcija ovog kotla bi se isplatila za manje od jedne godine njegovog rada sa čvrstim sagorljivim otpadom.

In the edible oil factory "Sunce", in Sombor, it is possible to reconstruct the steam boiler KLM 125 fired by coal, producing 3.89 kg/s of dry-saturated steam of 14 bar pressure, so that solid combustible waste from processes of edible oil production of the low fuel value of 17.000 kJ/kg could burn in the boiler. On the basis of results of control thermal calculations, during operation of the steam boiler of the working pressure of 14 bar, it was established that quantity of oil, which amounts to 5 000 000 kg/year, could be substituted with combustible waste. Yearly savings in this case would amount to approx. 12 000 000 din. The costs of the steam boiler reconstruction, according to the preliminary calculations, amount to approx. 8 000 000 din. On the basis of feasibility analysis, the reconstruction of this boiler would be worthwhile for less than one year of its operation with solid combustible waste.
