Recovery of the cement mill face of 2200 x 12000 CF Popovac
Abstract
U radu je prikazan pristup rešavanju problema pucanja i sanacije čela mlina za cement Ø 2200 x 12000 FC Popovac. Primenjena je razvijena metodologija dijagnostike ponašanja i popuštanja konstrukcija. Osnovu metodologije predstavlja primena numeričke metode konačnih elemenata sa sopstveno razvijenim programom KOMIPS. Dijagnostika ponašanja je identifikovala elemenate pucanja čela. Sanacija je obuhvatila uklanjanje tih elemenata uz korekciju geometrije čela. Mlin za cement sa novim čelom uspešno radi.
The approach to solving the problem of breaking and recovery of cement mill face Ø 2200 x 12000 CF Popovac has been presented in this article. The developed diagnostics of behaviour methodology and deterioration of construction has been applied. The basis of the methodology lies in the application of numerical finite element method with originally developed KOMIPS program. The diagnostics of behaviour has identified elements of the face breaking. The recovery has included the removing of these elements, with correction of the face geometry. The cement mill with new a face is functioning successfully.
