Experimental measurement of goal particle temperature during combustion in fluidized bed
Апстракт
U ovom radu su prikazani rezultati eksperimentalnih merenja temperature čestice uglja tokom sagorevanja u fluidizovanom sloju (FS). Istraživanja su obavljena sa lignitom "kosovo" i mrkim ugljem "bogovina". Čestice su oblikovane na sferni oblik srednjeg prečnika dc = 5, 7 i 10 mm. Temperatura FS nalazila se u opsegu tb = 590-710°C. Kao gas za fluidizaciju korišćenje vazduh, a inertni materijal bio je kvarcni pesak, srednje veličine čestica dp = 0,250 mm. Merenja temperature vršena su sa termoparom postavljenim u središte čestice uglja. Na bazi obimnih ekperimentalnih istraživanja analizirana je promena temperature u svim fazama procesa sagorevanja. Definisan je kriterijum za određivanje merodavnih temperaturnih razlika između čestice uglja i FS, pri stepenu sagorelosti X = 50%. Temperaturne razlike nalazile su se u opsegu Δt = 58-205°C. Analizom je utvrđeno da temperaturne razlike rastu sa smanjenjem početne veličine čestice uglja.
Results of experimental investigation of coal particle temperature during combustion in fluidized bed are presented in this paper. The experiments were performed with two Yugoslav coals: lignite Kosovo and brown coal Bogovina. The coal particle were shaped into spherical form with diameter of dc = 5.7 and 10mm. The bed temperature was in the range of tb = 590-710°C. Air was used as the fluidization gas. Inert material was silica sand with the mean bed particle diameter of dp = 0.250mm. The coal particle temperature was measured by inserting thermocouple in its center. On the basis of numerous experiments, the temperature histories of the coal particles were analyzed in all phases of combustion process in the fluidized bed. The new criterion for temperature difference between the coal particle and fluidized bed has been found. This temperature difference was in the range of Δt = 58-205°C. The analysis has shown that the temperature difference has increased with decreasing the initial co...al particle diameter.
