dc.description.abstract | Finozrni mikrolegirani čelici povišene čvrstoće potiskuju mnoge do sada korišćene konstrukcione čelike zahvaljujući optimalnoj kombinaciji mehaničkih karakteristika, zavarljivosti i cene, što je postignuto pažljivim izborom kemijskog sastava i kontrolisanom termomehaničkom obradom. To se posebno odnosi na drugu generaciju finozrnih mikrolegiranih čelika povišene čvrstoće za čije zavarivanje nije potrebno predgrevanje, zahvaljujući ograničenom sadržaju ugljenika i mangana (maks. 0,10% С i maks. 1,6% Mn). Tipični primeri druge generacije ovih čelika su niomoli, istog nivoa napona tečenja kao niovali, ali sa višestruko manjom sklonošću ka martenzitnoj transformaciji. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | Fine grain micro alloyed high strength steels replace most of conventional structural steels in recent years due to their optimal combination of mechanical properties, weld ability and price, what has been achieved by careful choice of chemical composition and controlled thermo mechanical treatment. This is especially true for the second generation of fine grain micro alloyed high strength steels, since they do not need preheating before welding due to their low content of carbon and manganese (max. 0.1% С and max. 1.6% Mn). Typical examples of the second generation of these steels are so-called Niomols, with the same level of yield strength as Niovals, but with significantly reduced tendency for martensite transformation. | en |
