Savremena tehnika za berbu povrća

Abstract

U radu je prikazano stanje i perspektive u oblasti industrijske proizvodnje i prerade povrća u Vojvodini, koja ima velike potencijale za industrijsku proizvodnju povrća. Savremena tehnika za mehanizovanu berbu povrća namenjenog za industrijsku preradu (grašak, boranija, kukuruz šećerac paradajz, korenasto i lukovičasto povrće, začinska paprika) podrazumeva primenu samohodnih kombajna koji sve operacije obavljaju u jednom prohodu. To su visokoproduktivne mašine sa veoma složenim tehničko-tehnološkim šemama, sa hidrostatičkim pogonom hodnog mehanizma i hidrauličkim pogonom tehnoloških i transportnih uređaja, sa regulacijom radnog režima u zavisnosti od uslova rada. Prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja savremenih kombajna za berbu graška, boranije, kukuruza šećerca, a prikazane su i osnovne karakteristike savremenih samohodnih kombajna za berbu paradajza korenastog i lukovičastog povrća.

The state and perspectives in the field of industrial production and processing of vegetables in Vojvodina, which has large potentials for industrial production of vegetables are presented in the paper. Modern technique for mechanized harvesting of vegetables intended for industrial processing (peas, green beans, sweet corn, tomato, root and bulbous vegetables, seasoning pepper) mean application of self-propelled combines which carry out all operations in one passing. These are high productive machines with very complex technical-technological schemes, with hydrostatic drive of walking mechanism and hydraulic drive of technological and transportation devices, with regulation of working regime depending on working conditions. The results are presented on investigations of modern combines for harvesting of peas, green beans, sweet corn, and of basic characteristics of modern self-propelled combines for harvesting of tomato root-like and bulbous vegetables.
