Naponsko-deformaciono stanje kugličnog kotrljajnog ležaja pri njegovoj montaži
Stress-strain state of deep groove ball bearing during assembly
Abstract
U većini slučajeva montaže kugličnog kotrljajnog ležaja sa radijalnim dodirom, spoljašnji prsten se blago deformiše radi povećanja zazora za ubacivanje poslednje kuglice. Usled toga spoljašnji prsten dobija eliptični oblik umesto kružnog. Pri tome deformacija spoljašnjeg prstena mora biti manja od kritične zbog izbegavanja njegovog loma. Analiza uzroka loma spoljašnjeg prstena u toku montaže izvršena u ovom radu bazira se na izrazima teorije elastičnosti za tanki prsten izložen savijanju, kao i na FEM analizi. Izvršena je eksperimentalna verifikacija dobijenih teorijskih rezultata.
In most cases of the assembly of deep groove ball bearing, the outer ring is slightly deformed as to enlarge clearance for the insertion of the last ball. Due to this, the outer ring takes an elliptical instead of the circular shape. Here the deformation of the outer ring must be below the critical to avoid its fracture. The undertaken analysis of causes of the outer ring fracture during assembly is based on the expressions of the theory of elasticity for the thin ring exposed to bending, as well as on the FEM analysis. The theoretical and numerical results were verified by experimental testing.
