Risk analysis in the case of air storage tank failure at rhpp bajina basta
Апстракт
The paper presents the risk analysis of an air tank failure at RHPP Bajina Basta. The applied procedure involves the determination of the risk matrix, i.e. the combined probability (frequency) of events and consequences to humans, the environment, and the facility itself. The analysis has shown that in case of very low probability and severe consequences the risk is medium, and as such requires careful monitoring of the state of the tank, as well as taking all other failure prevention measures.
