dc.description.abstractPoslednjih godina primena gasifikacije biomase, kao alternativa direktnom sagorevanju komercijalnog goriva, privuklo je pažnju pre svega s ciljem smanjenja emisija CO2, NOx i SOx. Osim toga, energetski sistemi za gasifikaciju biomase, na bazi paecijalne oksidacije (PTOX), su obnovljivi i održivi, efikasni i ekonomični, pogodni i sigurni. Zbog toga je poželjno obaviti detaljno istraživanje termo-fizičkih procesa u reaktorima za PTOX gasifikaciju biomase. Pored eksperimentalnog istraživanja ovih procesa, matematički modeli transportnih fenomena igraju značajnu ulogu. Istraživanje procesa gasifikacije biomase na bazi matematičkih modela je u prednosti kad se uzme u obzir mogućnost dobijanja informacija vrlo brzo, kao i dobijanje vrlo detaljnih podataka pri idealnim uslovima odvijanja procesa. Da bi se utvrdili optimalni uslovi za dobijanje maksimalne proizvodnje proizvoda gasifikacije CO, H2 i CH4, razvijen je matematički model ovog procesa. Verifikacija modela izvedena je nizom eksperimenata na gasifikatoru sa fluidizovanim slojem u podstehiometrijskom toku vazduha. U tu svrhu korišćene su četiri vrste biomase: bukva, hrast, kukuruz i seme pšenice. U ovom radu prikazani su rezultati eksperimentalnog istraživanja procesa gasifikacije oklaska kukuruza i drveta, kao lako dostupnih i obnovljivih domaćih goriva. Merenja su obavljena u pilot reaktoru sa fluidizovanim slojem. Cilj istraživanja je određivanje sastava produkta gasifikacije biomase i bliže upoznavanje sa prirodom ovog procesa.sr
dc.description.abstractIn recent years the use of direct combustion of biomass and fuels from biomass gasification have attracted attention, primarily with the aim to reduce CO2, NOX and SOX emissions. In addition, the biomass air-gasification energy systems are renewable and sustainable, efficient and cost-effective, convenient and safe. For that reason, the detailed research of thermo-physical processes in biomass air TPOX gasification reactors is of great interest. Beside the experimental investigation of these processes, mathematical models of transport phenomena play a significant role. The investigation of the biomass gasification processes based on mathematical models is helpful, due possibility to get information very fast, as well as to the ability to model ideal conditions. In order to determine optimal conditions for obtaining maximum production of gasification products CO, H2 and CH4, a mathematical model of this process has been developed. The model verification was performed by a series of experiments on a fluidized bed gasifier in the sub-stoichiometric air stream. For this purpose, four types of biomass were used: beech, oak, corn-cob and wheat seed. This paper presents the experimental research results of the gasification process of corn cob and wood, as easily accessible and renewable domestic fuels. Measurements were performed in a fluidized bed pilot reactor. The aim of the research is to determine the composition of the biomass gasification products and to become familiar with the nature of this process.en
