Analysis of dynamic loads of main steam and feedwater pipelines
Apstrakt
Maksimalna dinamička opterećenja parovoda sveže pare i cevovoda napojne vode nastaju u prelaznim stanjima, usled delovanja regulacionih i sigurnosno-zaštitnih sistema, i pri udesnim stanjima. U radu su prikazani rezultati numeričkih simulacija i analiza dinamičkih opterećenja parovoda i cevovoda u termoelektrani 'Oslomej' u Makedoniji, tokom delovanja sigurnosno-zaštitnih sistema pri ispadu turbine i napojne pumpe, kao i u termoelektrani 'Kostolac B' pri udesu loma parovoda sveže pare. Analizirane dinamičke sile su posledica nestacionarnog strujanja kompresibilnog fluida i prostiranja intenzivnih talasa pritiska. Određivanje dinamičkih fluidnih sila je neophodno u cilju sagledavanja maksimalnih naprezanja koja deluju na cevi kolena i oslonce, odnosno u cilju projektovanja ovih elemenata cevovoda na maksimalna dinamička naprezanja i dobijanja podloga za određivanje preostalog radnog veka.
Main steam and feed water pipelines are exposed to the maximum dynamic forces during transients caused by the action of control and safety systems, as well as during the accident conditions. Results of the numerical simulation and analyses of the fluid dynamic loads of the main steam and feed water pipelines are presented for two cases in the paper. Turbine and feed water pump trips are simulated and analyzed for Thermal Power Plant 'Oslomej'. The accident of the main steam pipeline rupture is analyzed for Thermal Power Plant 'Kostolac B'. The analyzed fluid dynamic forces are caused by the transient compressible fluid flows and by the propagation of intensive pressure waves. The prediction of fluid dynamic forces is necessary in order to calculate maximum loads of pipelines, bends and pipe supports, as necessary input data for the safe and reliable design of these components and residual operation life time assessment.
