dc.description.abstractU ovom radu su prikazane glavne karakteristike i mogućnosti softverskog sistema za dijagnostiku rada parnog bloka zajedno sa različitim oblicima rezultata dobijenih njegovim korišćenjem. Primarno predviđen za kontrolu ekonomičnosti u cilju uštede goriva, naš softverski sistem razvijen za referentni parni blok, prevazilazi ovu osnovnu funkciju. Otkrivanje različitih uzroka odstupanja pojedinih parametara procesa i njihovog doprinosa na povećanje specifične potrošnje toplote omogućuje da se generalno poboljša rad parnog bloka u narednom pogonskom periodu, boljim vođenjem procesa, ali i takođe da se utvrde izmenjena pogonska stanja različitih komponenti parnog bloka. Značajno pogoršano stanje nekih komponenti trebalo bi da bude signal o potrebi njihove opravke. Mogućnost softverske 'identifikacije' stacionarnih režima rada ne samo da služi većoj tačnosti primene postupka za kontrolu ekonomičnosti, već omogućava i dijagnostiku pogonskih uslova rada parnog bloka. Ova funkcija je veoma važna i može se iskoristiti za dobijanje odgovarajućih baza podataka i za druge važne svrhe kao što je, na primer, proračun utroška radnog veka parne turbine. Naš softverski sistem je razvijen tako da radi potpuno samostalno i sigurno u svim predviđenim neregularnim uslovima, kao veoma komforan za korisnika i lako adaptivan za njegovo buduće usavršavanje i proširenje sa novo uključenim mernim parametrima procesa.sr
dc.description.abstractMain characteristics and possibilities of the software system for diagnosis of steam block operation and the different forms of obtained results with the help of this system are presented in this paper. Primarily predicted for the fuel economy control for the purpose of the fuel saving, our software system developed for the referent steam turbine unit, exceeds this basic function. Detection of the different sources of process parameter deviations and their contributions on heat rate increase enables to improve the steam turbine unit operation generally in the next operating period of time by better controlling of process and also to identify the changed operating states of different components of steam turbine unit. Significantly aggravated operating state of some components should be a signal for required repair works. The possibility of software 'identification' of steady regime loads serves not only to get the greater accuracy of the use of fuel economy method, but also enables the diagnosis of operating conditions. This function is very important and it could be used to get the corresponding data base for other different important purposes, such as calculations of the life of steam turbine consumption, for example. Our software system is developed so as to be: completely autonomous in its work, safe in all predicted irregular operating conditions, highly comfortable for the user and easy adaptive for future upgrading and expansion with newly included measured process parameters.en
