dc.description.abstract	This paper presents the research of implementing the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in manufacturing companies. Identified the factors that influence the assessment of the success of ERP implementation in manufacturing companies. It was found that the training of employees, especially management has great significance in the degree of success of ERP implementation and business results as well as after implementation of ERP. A high degree of correlation between the observed parameters confirmed the testing of the hypothesis set.	en
