Neka pitanja idejnog rešenja TE-TO 'Kolubara B'

U radu se razmatra kako promene koje su se desile u okruženju mogu da utiču na potrebu za ponovnim definisanjem idejnog rešenja termoelektrane - toplane (TE-TO) 'Kolubara B'. U obzir se uzima gradnja sistema daljinskog grejanja Beograda iz termoelektrane 'Nikola Tesla' A u Obrenovcu, mogućnost toplifikacije iz termoelektrane 'Nikola Tesla' B, razvoj toplotnog konzuma u Beogradu i obim nabavke opreme za TE-TO 'Kolubara B' u izgradnji. S obzirom na ove činioce, razmatraju se tehnoekonomski pokazatelji za dva idejna rešenja 'Kolubare B' - završetak gradnje objekta kao prvobitno planirane termoelektrane - toplane, kao i završetak termoelektrane sa čisto kondenzacionim turbopostrojenjem. Finansijskim metodom sadašnje vrednosti porede se dva moguća navedena rešenja.
A design of the cogeneration plant 'Kolubara B' is analysed. The plant is under construction, but some recent changes within the energy systems of Belgrade and Serbia, could lead to the redesign of this plant. The following facts are taken into account: the Long District Heating System of Belgrade from the Thermal Power Plant 'Nikola Tesla A', which is under construction, a possibility to retrofit Thermal Power Plant 'Nikola Tesla B' into cogeneration plant, a grow of heat consumption in the city of Belgrade, as well as the extent of the ordered and delivered equipment for 'Kolubara B'. In this paper two options are considered. The first, 'Kolubara B' will be finished as the cogeneration plant with cogeneration turbine. The second, condensing turbine will be built in. Two options are analysed by the financial method of present value.
