dc.description.abstract | Management of organizational vulnerabilities in uncertain business environment has a critical effect on the competitive advantages of each industrial organization. In practice, the organitazional vulnerabilities must be treated permanently because in the time of crisis they may lead to catastrophe. In this paper, a new fuzzy model for assessment of organizational vulnerabilities is proposed. The fuzzy rating relative importance of each pair of business processes, each pair of organizational vulnerabilities on the level of each process and values of vulnerabilities are described by linguistic expressions. The modelling of uncertainties are based on fuzzy sets theory. The proposed fuzzy model is illustrated by an example with real-life data. Input data are given from small and medium enterprizes which exsist in central Serbia. The results of this proposed model are very important for defining economics plans on the regional level and the state level. | en |
