Ova doktorska disertacija se bavi istraživanjem uticaja parametara dodira točak-šina na dinamičko ponašanje šinskih vozila. U radu su predstavljeni parametri dodira, kao i njihov uticaj na dinamičke probleme kao što su: prolazak kroz krivinu, kvalitet trčanja i stabilnost kretanja itd. Težište istraživanja je stavljeno na identifikaciju sila koje nastaju u interakciji točak-šina, pa je osim numeričke analize u eksperimentalnom delu rada razvijen i sistem za merenje vertikalnih i bočnih sila u dodiru točak-šina. Eksperimentalna istraživanja su izvršena pri prolasku voza kroz krivinu relativno malog poluprečnika od 214 m, jer je to situacija kada nastaju bočne sile vođenja većeg intenziteta. Osim sila, koje su jedan od glavnih uticajnih faktora dinamičkog ponašanja i glavni uzročnik habanja, od interesa je i određivanje ugla naletanja točka na šinu i položaja tačke dodira na šini, koja se nalazi u kontaktu sa točkom sa nepoznatim profilom kotrljanja. U skladu sa tim razvijen je i sistem ...za merenje ova dva parametra. Ugao naletanja točka na šinu pokazuje sposobnost osovinskog sklopa da se radijalno postavi prilikom prolaska kroz krivinu i takođe utiče na intenzitet habanja kontaktnog para. Analiza je sprovedena sa realnim profilima točkova i šina snimljenim na terenu, a eksperimentalna merenja su upoređena sa numeričkom analizom primenom specijalizovanog softvera VAMPIRE.
This Dissertation represents the research on influence of wheel-rail contact parameters on railway vehicle dynamic behaviour. In the Dissertation contact parameters, as well as their influence on vehicle dynamic problems such as: curving performance, ride quality and lateral stability are presented. In the focus of this research was the identification of forces generated at the wheel-rail contact. Therefore, in addition to numerical analysis, experimental research included the development of a special measurement system for wheel-rail vertical and lateral contact forces measurements. Experimental research was performed during train curve negotiation trough a relatively sharp curve with radius of 214 m, since in such a situation high lateral forces usually appear. Besides the forces, which highly influence the dynamical behaviour of the vehicles and represent the main cause of wear, the wheel on the rail angle of attack is of the interest. Accordingly, a system for measurement of this p...arameter was developed also. Besides the angle of attack, this system enabled detection of the contact point position on the rail, which is in contact with а wheel with an unknown profile. Contact point position defines the ability of the wheelset radial steering during curve negotiation and also affects wear intensity of the contact pair. Analyses were performed using real wheel and rail profiles, measured on the test track and on the test train. Experimental results were compared with numerical simulations using specialized software VAMPIRE.
