AB  - In this paper are presented experimental results obtained in circular pipe behind axial fan for Reynolds numbers 0.6 till 3.56�����105.
Stereo Particle Image Velocimetry (Stereo PIV), original classical probes and flow visualization with Nd:Yag laser have been
employed in this flow study. Radial velocity distribution, documented by PIV in the vortex core region, has shown that turbulent
swirl flow should be accepted here as three dimensional.
