AB  - Ugradnja opreme u procesno postrojenje podrazumeva njeno spajanje sa pratećim cevovodima. Usled dejstva sila i momenata koji se sa cevovoda prenose na priklјučke procesnih aparata može doći do značajnih deformacija, pa i trajnih oštećenja. U cilјu sinhronizacije prilikom izrade projektne dokumentacije, potrebno je da se projektni timovi usaglase oko veličina sila i momenata, koji se raspodelјuju na priklјučke i cevovode. U australijskom standardu AS 1210 postoje tabelarno prikazane vrednosti pomenutih sila i momenata, na osnovu kojih su u ovom radu definisane zavisnosti između nazivnog prečnika prirubnice i odgovarajućih vrednosti sila i momenata. U radu su date korelacije, pomoću kojih se jednostavno mogu izračunati sile i momenti na priklјučcima aparata poštujući klasifikaciju prirubnica prema ANSI B16.5 standardu.

AB  - In order to establish a reliable procedure for estimation of heat transfer coefficient, experiments on plate finned tube heat exchangers have been conducted on five exchangers. Using own and previously published experimental data databank of 969 working regimes, a new correlation was formed. Correlation is based on hydraulic diameter and porous velocity and on the ratio of characteristic surfaces of the finned tube bundle. Statistical parameters of a new correlation for estimation of heat transfer coefficient are very good, and correlation covers a wide range of geometrical and other parameters of heat exchangers that are industrially important.

AB  - Previous researches have proved that newly introduced parameters such as void velocity and others can be successfully used for correlating the heat transfer and pressure drop parameters. In order to establish a reliable procedure for estimation of air pressure drop, experiments on plate finned tube heat exchangers have been conducted, as well as the extensive investigation of the open literature. Using own and previously published experimental data, new correlation for estimation of air pressure drop have been established, covering a wide range of parameters of industrial importance. New correlation is comprehensive and statistically superior to any other pressure drop correlation.

AB  - This paper deals with heat exchangers having plain finned tubes in staggered (triangular) pattern. The objective of this paper is to provide the heat transfer and friction factor correlation which can be used in engineering practice. For this purpose, the experimental data of several (most cited) authors who deal with this type of heat exchangers are used. The new correlations are established to predict the air-side heat transfer coefficient and friction factor as a function of the Reynolds number and geometric variables of the heat exchanger - tube diameter, tube pitch, fin spacing, tube rows, etc. In those correlations the characteristic dimension in Reynolds number is calculated by using the new parameter - volumetric porosity. Also, there are given the errors of those correlations.

Merenje protoka pomoću mernih blendi - poređenje rezultata proračuna protoka prema standardima ISO 5167:1989 i ISO 5167:2007

AB  - Merenje protoka fluida je jedno od osnovnih merenja koje  se  obavlja  u  procesnoj  tehnici,  termotehnici,  energetici   i  mnogim  drugim  oblastima  tehnike.  Zavisno  od  potreba potrebno je odabrati odgovarajući metod, kojim može da se  sprovede merenje na najjednostavniji način, uz dovoljnu tačnost,  i  uz  najmanje  ometanje  tehnološkog  postupka.  Merenje  protoka   pomoću mernih blendi se svodi na ugradnju merne blende u cevovod  kružnog  preseka  i  posredno  utvrđivanje  protoka  merenjem  razlike pritisaka ispred i iza blende. Ovaj metod je veoma čest  u  industrijskoj  praksi,  jer  je  normiran  kroz  standarde  kao  što  su   npr. SRPS EN ISO 5167:2012 „Merenje protoka fluida pomoću  uređaja  sa  diferencijalnim  pritiskom  ugrađenih  u  cevovode  kružnog poprečnog preseka - Deo 1: Opšti principi i zahtevi“ koji  je identičan sa EN ISO 5167-1:2003 ili ASME MFC-14M-2001  „Measurement of fluid flow using small bore precision orifice meters”. Proračunska procedura pomoću koje se izračunava protok fluida  je u važećem standardu SRPS EN ISO 5167:2012 drugačija nego u  prethodnim izdanjima istog standarda 1980., 1989., 1993., kao i iz  1998. Imajući ovo u vidu postavlja se pitanje da li se i za koliko razlikuju izračunati protoci fluida, pa je u ovom radu analizirano nekoliko konkretnih slučajeva. U pitanju su merenja na industrijskim  instalacijama,  kao  i  merenja  obavljena  u  Laboratoriji  za  procesnu   tehniku na Mašinskom fakultetu u Beogradu.
