Industrija 4.0 i njena primena u medicini i stomatologiji, kao i borbi protiv pandemije COVID-19

Abstract

Osnove: Industrija 4.0 je ostvarena realnost, koja već danas ima sve veću primenu u medicini i stomatologiji. Dakle, u ovom trenutku njena primena je posebno važna u borbi protiv covid19. Cilj rada: Svrha ovog preglednog rada je razumevanje uloge Industrije 4.0 u oblasti medicine i stomatologije i identifikacija pravaca istraživanja, uključujući i buduće primene, posebno za covid-19. Materijal i metod: Izvršena je detaljna analiza radova o Industriji 4.0 u medicini, stomatologiji i srodnim oblastima i identifikovane moguće primene i pravci istraživanja, a posebno za covid-19. Rezultat: Kroz ovu preglednu studiju identifikovali smo različite tehnologije, mogućnosti i istraživački status Industrije 4.0 u oblasti medicine, stomatologije i covid-19 pandemije, kroz 19 oblasti primene. Možemo reći da će Industrija 4.0 postati suštinski deo sutrašnje pametne fabrike medicinskih i stomatoloških uređaja. Zaključak: Industrija 4.0 pokazuje široku mogućnost proizvodnje novo prilagođenih implantata (medicinskih i stomatoloških) i inovativnih alata i instrumenata za oblast medicine i stomatologije. Ovaj model omogućuje stvaranje digitalne klinike i digitalne ordinacije, uz kompletan sistem medicinskog i stomatološkog praćenja, koji ispunjava individualne zahteve pacijenta, stvarajući na taj način industriju medicine i stomatologije sa optimizacijom vremena i troškova lečenja. U budućnosti, Industrija 4.0 će stvoriti nove mogućnosti i inovativne protokole za lečenje i negu pacijenata, kako u medicini, tako i u stomatologiji.

Basics: Industry 4.0 is a realized reality, which already today has a growing application in medicine and dentistry. So, at this moment, its application is especially important in the fight against covid-19. Aim of the paper: The purpose of this review paper is to understand the role of Industry 4.0 in the field of medicine and dentistry and to identify research directions, including future applications, especially for covid-19. Material and method: A detailed analysis of papers on Industry 4.0 in medicine, dentistry and related fields was performed and possible applications and directions of research were identified, especially for covid-19.Result: Through this review study, we identified different technologies, opportunities and research status of Industry 4.0 in the field of medicine, dentistry and covid-19 pandemic, through 19 areas of application. We can say that Industry 4.0 will become an essential part of tomorrow's smart factory of medical and dental devices. Conclusion: Industry 4.0 shows a wide range of possibilities for the production of newly adapted implants (medical and dental) and innovative tools and instruments for the field of medicine and dentistry. This model enables the creation of a digital clinic and digital office, with a complete system of medical and dental monitoring, which meets the individual requirements of the patient, thus creating the industry of medicine and dentistry with optimization of treatment time and costs. In the future, Industry 4.0 will create new capabilities and innovative protocols for the treatment and care of patients, both in medicine and dentistry.
