Boiler for alternative combustion of bio-mass briquette in a layer and gaseous fuels

Kotao je predviđen da proizvodi suvozasićenu paru ili toplu vodu. U slučaju potrebe, zbog nedostatka biomase ili njene povećane vlažnosti, moguće je sagorevanje gasovitog goriva. Kotao obezbeđuje produkciju 0,14 kg/s suvozasićene pare pritiska 6 bar (temperature 165°C), pri stepenu korisnosti od 75%, što je znatno više nego kod ložišta koja su danas u upotrebi, ili toplu vodu za potrebe grejanja produkcije 1,26 kg/s, pritiska 6 bar i temperature 130/70°C. Ložište kotla je konstruisano prvenstveno za sagorevanje briketirane i balirane biomase u sloju. Zbog specifičnosti biomase kao goriva, u cilju što potpunijeg sagorevanja, ispunjeni su neki dopunski uslovi: izvršena je raspodela vazduha za sagorevanje oko rešetke pod optimalnim uslovima i zbog velikog sadržaja volatila, prilagođeni su oblik i veličina ložišnog prostora kotla ovom gorivu.
The boiler was designed for production of dry-saturated steam or hot water In case of a need, due to the lack of bio-mass or its higher moisture, the combustion of gaseous fuel has been enabled. The boiler supplies the production of 0.14 kg/s dry-saturated steam of 6 bar pressure (165°C temperature), by 75% degree of efficiency, which is much higher than one of the fireboxes which are used today, or hot water for heating of 1.26 kg/s with pressure of 6 bar and temperature of 130/70°C. The boiler firebox is primarily constructed for combustion of briquetted and packaged bio-mass in layer. As bio-mass is a specific fuel, in order to achieve complete combustion, some additional conditions were fulfilled: the air distribution for combustion around the grid under optimal condition was performed and because of the high contents of volatiles, the form and size of firebox space was adapted to this fuel.
