AB  - This paper presents an approach to the digitalization of the workplace risk assessment and monitoring process. Workplace risk was assessed using the “5x5” method. Workplace are spatially distributed in the observed factory. The summary risk assessment is presented visually and the high-risk workplace is marked. The map is made dynamically so that the job estimates on the diagram changes if there is a charge in the input data for any of the identified sources of risk.

Determination of the optimal production plan by using fuzzy AHP and fuzzy linear programming

AB  - In this paper, we consider the problem of determining the optimal production quantity under uncertainties. The treated problem has a critical effect on the achievement of business goals, which further propagates to the competitive advantage of manufacturing company. The considered problem is stated as the fuzzy linear programming task. The objective function is defined as the maximization of all profit over the time period. The set of constraints consists of constraints deriving from the enterprise (available capacities) and from the market (demand). The fuzzy rating coefficient values of objective function of each pair of the considered products are described by linguistic expressions which are modelled by triangular fuzzy numbers. Handling of uncertainties of the stated fuzzy pair-wise comparison matrix is performed by using the extent analysis. The right-hand-side values of the capacity constraints are determined by decision makers and modelled by the triangular fuzzy numbers. The market constraint values are given according to evidence data. Determination of the optimal quantities of considered products for each time period is based on the concept of equal possibilities. The proposed model is illustrated by an example with real-life data.

AB  - U radu se istražuje strategijski pristup upravljanja lancima snabdevanja sa stanovišta Lean distribucije. Upravljanje lancima snabdevanja je proces dizajniranja, planiranja, izvršenja, kontrole i nadgledanja aktivnosti lanaca snabdevanja sa svrhom da se kreira neto vrednost, koja izgrađuje konkurentnu infrastrukturu, balansira internacionalnu logistiku, sinhronizuje snabdevanje sa potrebama i meri performansu poslovanja na globalnom nivou. Najbolje kompanije na svetu nalaze novi izvor konkurentne prednosti u upravljanju lancima snabdevanja, koji sadrži veliki broj aktivnosti koje su integrisane, kako bi proizvod ili usluga za što kraće vreme došli na tržište i zadovoljili potrebe kupca. Istraživanje definiše pet osnovnih postavki implementacije strategije upravljanja lancima snabdevanja sa stanovišta Lean distribucije.

AB  - Korišćenjem konusnih zupčanika sa malim uglom precesije gornjeg konusa razvijen je pogon za jedan deo opreme na gas i ulje. Zupčanici se odlikuju visokim stepenom iskorišćenosti (oko 0,9) i malim početnim obrtnim momentom. Zahvaljujući sprezanju većeg broja parova zubaca ovi zupčanici imaju veći kapacitet opterećenja u poređenju sa drugim tipovima zupčanika, što obezbeđuje bezbedan rad na dalekom severu. Danas se najviše proučavaju konusni zupčanici sa malim uglom gornjeg konusa sa dvostrukim konkavno-konveksnim zupcima. Međutim, proces izrade zubaca takvih zupčanika je izuzetno komplikovan - mašina mora da se resetuje četiri puta. Tehnologija izrade se može pojednostaviti korišćenjem zupčanika bez ozubljenog većeg i sa ozubljenim manjim zupčanikom. Članak prikazuje izračunavanja pravaca dejstva kod sprezanja i redukovanu osnovnu zakrivljenost pravozubih konusnih zupčanika sa malim uglom gornjeg konusa bez ozubljenog većeg i sa ozubljenim manjim zupčanikom, geometrijske karakteristike potrebne za određivanje napona u kontaktu koji nastaje sprezanjem zubaca i za razvoj metoda za izračunavanje kapaciteta opterećenja zupčanika.
AB  - Based on the precessional bevel gears with a small shaft angle, a number of drives for oil and gas equipment have been developed. They are characterized by high efficiency (about 0.9) and a small starting torque. Due to multi-pair tooth meshing they have a higher load capacity as compared to other types of gears, which provides a safe drive operation in the Far North. Currently, the most studied gears are bevel gears with a small shaft angle with double-concave-convex teeth. However, the process of gear cutting for such gears is extremely complicated - the machine has to be reset four times. The cutting technology can be simplified by using gears with a non-generated gear and a generated pinion. The article provides calculations of the lines of action in meshing and the principal reduced curvature for a straight bevel gears with a small shaft angle with a non-generated gear and a generated pinion, geometrical characteristics necessary for determining the contact stress arising in tooth meshing and for developing methods of calculating the gear load capacity.

AB  - The aim of this paper is to analyse the semi-rolling bevel precessional gear with straight teeth. The given method of cutting pinion and gear teeth significantly simplifies its manufacture technology. Authors have given a system of equations to study the analysis of generating pinion tooth surfaces and geometry of meshing for semi-rolling bevel precessional gear with straight teeth. A computer program was developed to enable implement formulas provided in the paper. By using this program authors obtained contact lines on the pinion tooth surface and number of tooth pairs in gears mesh.

AB  - This paper presents the research of implementing the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in manufacturing companies. Identified the factors that influence the assessment of the success of ERP implementation in manufacturing companies. It was found that the training of employees, especially management has great significance in the degree of success of ERP implementation and business results as well as after implementation of ERP. A high degree of correlation between the observed parameters confirmed the testing of the hypothesis set.
