Rigid body dynamics in optimization of the machine tool vibroisolation

AB  - Modern design of the machine tool treats the suspending parts as a crucial element of the effective vibration isolation. Therefore the suspending items are specifically developed and subjected to extensive tests before being applied on real objects. These elements ensure accurate levelling and appropriate vibration damping. Usually selection of inadequate support element causes intensive disturbing effects in machining. The paper presents dynamics analysis of the machine tool suspended on flexible mountings. The overall analysis is conceived on a rigid body dynamics. This method enables selection of an optimal supporting configuration. Further on such an effective suspension design prevents a need for expensive monitoring of the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical system, i.e. machine tool and supports. The paper explores dynamics of a real, flexibly supported machine tool. Results are obtained with the assistance of the "SUPPORT" software. Finally the theoretical and computational statements are approved throughout extensive site measurements on the machine tool body with appropriate instrumentation.

AB  - Intenzivan razvoj mikroprocesora i digitalne obrade signala, napravio je izuzetan uticaj na vibrodijagnostiku i promovisao ga u većini eksploatisane i pouzdane ne metode tehničke dijagnostike. Kroz inovativan inženjerski rad na izradi novog vibro - dijagnostičkog uređaja , zasnovana na LabVIEV aplikaciji, sprovedena su velika dinamička merenja i neka od njih su prikazana u ovom radu. Analiza podataka se vrši na osnovu evidencije prikupljenih podataka pomoću piezoelektričnog senzora visoke osetljivosti. Dizajnirana instrumentacija doživela pravu proveru u teškim industrijskim uslovima, na stvarnim mašinama, paralelno sa odgovarajućom mernom mašinom.
AB  - An intensive development of microprocessors and digital signal processing, made an outstanding impact on vibrodiagnostics and promoted it into the most exploited and reliable method of technical diagnostics. Through an innovative engineering work on development of a new vibro-diagnostics device, based on LabVIEW application, a vast of dynamic measurements were conducted and some of them are deployed in this paper. Data analysis is performed on the records collected with piezoelectric sensor of high sensitivity. The designed instrumentation underwent a true verification in harsh industrial conditions, on actual machinery, in parallel with an appropriate brand name measuring device.

AB  - There are several options for increase resistance to abrasive wear of parts. Inserting the cocoon into the hole of machine part that is exposed to wearing, welding on worn parts, joining by explosion of different materials or obtaining the bi-nzetal and hardening of finished parts by explosion. The results of comparative studies of the properties of wear-resistant steels for the development of parts exposed to abrasion are presented in this paper. Experiment has included the analysis of the properties of explosion hardened steel 120Mn12, as well as the skills of bimetal (50Mn7 + S355). The results show that explosion processing in case of both variants of material lead to the improved resistance of the parts to abrasive wear

AB  - Rad, pored toga što daje rekapitulaciju sprovedenih opsežnih istraživanja koja se odnose na automatizovano projektovanje obradnih sistema i tehnoloških procesa u industriji prerade metala, posebno prezentira naučne rezultate u domenu razvoja automatizovanog tehnološkog prepoznavanja mašinskih delova, zasnovanog na primeni veštačkih neuronskih mreža. Značajan naučni doprinos u ovom radovu odnosi se na implementaciju i verifikaciju softvera sopstvenog razvoja „BPnet_V1.0”, koji je korišćen tokom tehnološkog prepoznavanja tipskih tehnoloških formi na prizmatičnim delovima, čime je potvrđena njegova široka primena, kao i važna upotrebna vrednost u razvoju naučnog podmlatka izražena kroz izradu njihovih magistarskih teza.
AB  - This paper, in addition to giving a recapitulation of the extensive research conducted related to the automated design of machining systems and manufacturing processes in the metal processing industry, especially presents scientific results in the field of the development of automated feature recognition of machine parts, based on the application of artificial neural networks. A significant scientific contribution in this work refers to the implementation and verification of the self-developed software "BPnet_V1.0", which was used during the feature recognition of typical manufacturing forms on prismatic parts, and confirmed its wide application as well as its important use value in the development of scientific research expressed through the preparation of master's theses realization.
