Upravljanje kvalitetom zavarenih konstrukcija pomoću informacionih tehnologija

AB  - Zavarivanje se široko primenjuje u industriji pri izradi različite opreme,
mostova, kranova, transportnih sredstava i sl. Ono ima odlučujući uticaj na
kvalitet, pouzdanost, vek i cenu izrade navedenih konstrukcija. Međutim,
kvalitet izvedenih zavarenih spojeva je teško ili je često gotovo nemoguće
utvrditi ispitivanjima na samim konstrukcijama. Zbog toga je potrebno
praćenje toka izrade zavarenih konstrukcija od ugovaranja i projektovanja,
preko kvalifikacije i sertifikacije osoblja i opreme, kvalifikacije procedura
zavarivanja i kontrole tokom i nakon završene izrade konstrukcije. Zahtevi za
kvalitet koje treba ispuniti u pojedinim fazama izrade konstrukcija definisani
su u standardima serije EN ISO 3834.
Odstupanja izvedenog kvaliteta zavarenih spojeva od potrebnog najčešće
nastaju u fazi zavarivanja. Do sada nije postojala mogućnost za kontinualno
praćenje, beleženje i skladištenje podataka o parametrima zavarivanja. U radu
je prikazan sistem zasnovan na informacionim tehnologijama, koji omogućava
prikupljanje i beleženje podataka o parametrima zavarivanja, upotrebljenim
materijalima i angažovanim zavarivačima, njihovo poređenje sa zadatim vrednostima i obustavljanje zavarivanja u slučajevima utvrđenih odstupanja. Na
taj način se znatno poboljšava kvalitet i pouzdanost zavarenih konstrukcija.

Stvaranje inovativnih kompetencija kod studenata inženjersko-tehnološkog profila

AB  - Imajući na umu sve brži rast znanja usled napretka u nauci i tehnologiji, za rešavanje globalnih problema nije dovoljno razmišljati o njima na isti način kada su i stvarani. Rešenja ne leže unutar jednog domena, nauke ili tehnologije. Za rešavanje današnjih globalnih problema potreban je
integrisani pristup po mnogim domenima, naukama ili tehnologijama. Znanje i shvatanje čoveka ograničeno je njegovim iskustvom, obrazovanjem i istraživanjem. Međutim, napredak u nauci i tehnologiji zahteva više od ovoga. Pregledom postojeće literature i inovacija u svetu, u ovom radu
prikazana je studija na osnovu koje je potrebno stvoriti nove sposobnosti i kompetencije kod budućih inženjera i tehnologa, sa drugačijim načinom razmišljanja. Biomimikrijski pristup omogućava suočavanje sa globalnim problemima u kontekstu kreiranja održivog sveta. Zbog ovoga je potrebna da se inženjerski i tehnološki studijski programi prevedu na globalniji model, model koji bi integrisao biomimikrijski pristup kao sredstvo da pripremi buduće inženjere i tehnologe da na drugačiji, inovativniji način razmišljaju o globalnim problemima i njihovom rešavanju.
AB  - Due to the emerging advancements in science and technology, and with the enormous expansion of knowledge the problems of today must be addressed in a different way. Solution is not bound within a domain, science or technology. To solve global problem of today an integrated approach
across many domains, sciences and technologies is needed. Human knowledge and understanding is limited by experience, education and research. Unfortunately, advancements in science and technology require more than this. Reviewing existing literature and innovations in the world, the authors of this paper wish express a study that will show a need for new capabilities and competencies for future engineers, thinking in a different way. It is the biomimicry approach that enables confronting the global problems in order to create a sustainable world. This is why engineering and technology study programs have to translate to a more global model; a model that would integrate the biomimicry approach as a means to prepare future engineers in different way, a more innovative way to tackle the global problems of today.

AB  - Tehnologija predstavlja samo jedan od mnogih problematičnih uticaja u obrazovanju. Živimo u eri u  kojoj bogatstvo podataka i eksponencijalni rast u razvoju novih znanja predstavlja izazov za institucije da preispitaju podučavanje i učenje na globalnom tržištu. Pored toga, postoji potreba da
se student pripremi za sve veću konkurenciju na radnom mestu. Sa novom tehnologijom kao katalizatorom, obrazovanje prelazi sa modela prenošenje znanja na model kolaboracije, aktivnosti, samostalnog usmeravanja i angažovanja, takav da pomogne studentima da povećaju svoje znanje i razviju veštine potrebne za uspeh u „društvu koje uči”. Razna istraživanja pokazuju da studenti uče tako što su aktivno angažovani u relevantnim i autentičnim aktivnostima, a tehnologija je ta koja ovo omogućava. Studenti takođe postaju sve veštiji u korišćenju društvenih mreža kao što su YouTube i Facebook, za razmenjivanje poruka, postavljanje videa, blogova ili slika, i za kolaboraciju i druženje bez obzira na vreme i mesto. Svakako, tu je i upotreba softverskih aplikacija za stvaranje ili interakciju sa sadržajem. Sve više učionica postaju „otvorene” putem videa, glasa ili tekstualnih poruka, dok se nastavnicima na raspolaganje stavlja široki opseg višemodalnih resursa za poboljšanje nastave. Pored sve savremenijeg shvatanja kako mozak
funkcioniše i kako se učenje odvija, rešenja sa integrisanim tehnologijama, kao što su multimedija, igre i animacija, imaju značajnu ulogu u skraćivanju vremena za savladavanje i razumevanje nastavnog sadržaja. Sve više ljudi prihvata nove tehnologije za učenje, zbog čega će oni napredovati u svetu koji nastaje – u svetu Interneta svega, koji predstavlja mrežnu povezanost ljudi, procesa, podataka i objekata.
AB  - Today’s technology presents just another problematic influence in education. The era we live in is enriched with data and exponential growth in developing new knowledge. This is a challenge for many institutions to question the teaching and learning methods employed in their educational process. As a direct effect, this advance in technology also creates a need to improve workers’ competencies in the workplace. Having this Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) methodology, education is changing the way knowledge is gained. It is moving to a collaborative, active, self-directed and engaging model that should help students increase their knowledge and develop skills in order to succeed in a learning society. Research shows that students learn by being actively engaged in relevant and authentic activities, which is enhanced by technology. They also become more skilled in using social networks (e.g. YouTube, Facebook) for messaging, uploading videos, blogs, images, but for collaboration and socializing as well. Use of software applications enables them to create or interact content. Classrooms are becoming more “open” thanks to video, voice or text messaging. On the other hand, teachers have at their disposal a wider range of resources to enhance teaching. As we are aware of how the brains works and how learning is done, solutions that integrate TEL (e.g. multimedia, games, animations, etc.) have an important role in shortening the time to master learning content. More and more people are adopting new technologies for learning. Eventually, they will succeed in the world of Internet of Everything, which is representing a networked connection between people, processes, data and objects.

AB  - Upravljanje performansama proizvoda jeste presudni aspekt u razvoju bilo kog proizvoda. Simulacija, CAE, ergonomske studije, studije tolerancija omogućavaju uvid u ispravnost proizvoda
u značajnim fazama u procesu razvoja proizvoda. Strategije kojima je dizajn vođen simulacijama
predstavlja sredstvo za detaljan uvid u ispravnost i performanse proizvoda, što omogućava
dizajnerima i inženjerima da donose bolje odluke kada je u pitanju dizajn. Ekspertski analitičari
obezbeđuju neprocenjivi doprinos u razvoju proizvoda time što verifikuju performanse pre izrade
prototipova za testiranje. Međutim, u praksi malo je ovakvih eksperata, najčešće su fokusirani na
specijalizovane i složene simulacije i učestvuju veoma kasno u ciklusu dizajna, kada je većina
parametara već određena. Demokratizacijom CAE programa (kao što je ANSYS) omogućava da
ostali inženjeri i dizajneri mogu sprovesti jednostavnije analize i pre detaljnog dizajna kako bi se
došlo do što boljeg dizajna proizvoda. Savremene, pravilne tehnologije za dizajn vođen simulacijama trebalo bi da budu integrisane u CAD platforme, da budu jednostavne za učenje i
automatizovane za generisanje visoko kvalitetnih mrežnih modela.
AB  - Controlling product performance is a crucial aspect in product development. Simulations, CAE,
ergonomic studies, tolerance studies and other types of analyses provide insight into product
performance during important phases of product development. Strategies within which design is
driven by simulation gives deeper insight into product performance and quality, enabling designers
and engineers to make better decisions. Expert analysts provide invaluable contribution by verifying product performances before prototyping and testing. Unfortunately, there are not many experts available, and most of them focus on specialized and complex simulations too late in the
design phase. Democratizing CAE programs (e.g. ANSYS) enables other engineers and designers to conduct simple analyses prior to detailed design. Implementing the right, modern technologies for simulation driven design should be integrated into CAD platforms, simple to learn and automated to generate high quality mesh models.

Implementing the right, modern technologies for simulation driven design should be integrated into CAD platforms, simple to learn and automated to generate high quality mesh models.",

AB  - Globalnih problema je sve više i da bi ih čovek rešio više nije dovoljno da o njima razmišlja na
isti način na koji su i nastali. Ovome uveliko potpomaže i sve brži rast znanja zbog napretka u nauci i tehnologiji. Globalni problemi su toliko kompleksni da je potreban integrisani pristup po mnogim naukama i tehnologijama. Na osnovu postojeće literature i inovacija u svetu, autori ovog rada žele da pokažu značaj biomimikrijskog pristupa u svim oblicima delovanja čoveka, a sa ciljem da se stvori jedna održiva budućnost. Integrisanjem biomimikrijskog pristupa u sve delokruge rada, pa i u kurikulume današnjih studijskih programa, čovek stiče mogućnost i sposobnost da se suoči sa globalnim problemima u smislu održivosti sveta.

AB  - By the end of the second decade of the 21st century, it can be assumed that over 50 billion things
will be connected to the internet. This is a four-fold increase since the beginning of this decade. The question is “What can we expect in the next decade?” Product design will become better, smarter and more connected products will be built, and that should enable personal and business advancement. On the other hand, improvements such as mixed reality will go a step further and
allow designers to interact directly within the environment the product is created – the 3D
environment. The essential is working in 3D in real time, but also a physical prototype should
provide the sense of how something feels so design decisions can be made earlier. New technologies alongside with the right strategy should enable designers to take advantage of new opportunities and determine real value. Consequently, designers can create and sustain competitive advantage. This work represents the authors’ opinion and view of how the methodology of product design could change and how the future might look like integrating new technologies in design and manufacturing.
AB  - Možemo pretpostaviti da će do kraja druge dekade 21. veka preko 50 milijardi „stvari“ biti povezano sa internetom. To je ogroman porast u odnosu na početak ove dekade. Pitanje je šta
bismo mogli da očekujemo u sledećoj dekadi? Dizajn proizvoda bi trebalo da postane bolji, novi
proizvodi bi trebalo da budu pametniji i povezaniji kako bi omogućili lični i poslovni napredak. Sa
druge strane, unapređenja kao što je mešovita stvarnost bi trebalo da ode korak dalje i omogući
dizajneru direktnu interakciju sa okruženjem u kojem se kreira proizvod – 3D okruženje. Suština je
rad u 3D u realnom vremenu, ali i fizički prototip koji bi trebalo da pruži fizički osećaj o kvalitetu
proizvoda, tako da se odluke vezane za dizajn mogu donositi znatno ranije. Nove tehnologije,
zajedno sa pravom strategijom, osposobiće dizajnera da iskoristi nove mogućnosti i utvrdi stvarne
vrednosti. Ovo će omogućiti stvaranje i održavanje konkurentnosti proizvoda. Autori ovog rada
prikazuju svoje mišljenje o promenama u metodologiji dizajna proizvoda i svoje viđenje kako bi
budućnost mogla da izgleda na osnovu primena novih tehnologija u proizvodnji i dizajnu.

AB  - It has been established that the ferrite structure occurring in different morphologic forms dominates in weld metal of microalloyed steel. Acicular ferrite is the most desirable morphology of ferrite, so this paper analyses influence of the composition of gas mixture on the ferrite modification in the weld metal, specially on the morphology of acicular ferrite. At the same time, this morphological form of ferrite is very significant, because it has great influence on the mechanical properties, especially toughness. Five different gas mixtures (Ar, CO2, O2) were used to determine the optimal gas shielded metal arc process. For investigated microalloyed steel, the optimum gas mixture has been established (5% CO2, 0.91% O2, balance Ar), providing maximum impact
energy due to microstructure, consisting predominately of acicular ferrite.

AB  - Efficiency and justification of hypergeometric functions application in achieving simple formulas used in numerical simulation of helicopter rotor blades theory are presented in this paper. Basic equations of stream field over helicopter rotor are formulated, their decomposition is made and mean induced velocity harmonics are integrally presented. Theoretical basis of hypergeometric function application in transformation of integral equations of k-bladed rotor average induced velocity into special functions follows. The necessary conditions for transformation hypergeometric functions into special functions are defined. Variants of integral transformation of expressions obtained are presented by a numerical simulation and solutions are found. This approach to cecure the effectivity of hypergeometric function application in helicopter rotor blades theory by numerical simulation provides a synthetic method, which can be used to define helicopter k-bladed main rotor optimal characteristics.

AB  - This paper presents on airfoil model which provides a method for optimal main helicopter rotor projection by viscous effect and unsteady lift simulation through algorithm and set of program entireties, applicable to the ideological and mail project of helicopter rotor. Based on real rotors theoretical consideration and the, numerical analysis considerations in this paper can be applied with sufficient accuracy in the analysis and constructive realizations of helicopter rotor in real conditions. The method for unsteady viscous flow simulations by inviscid techniques is developed. The aim of this paper is to determine helicopter rotor blade lift with the highest possible accuracy by using a singularity method and to define an optimal conception model of aerodynamic rotor projection corresponding to rotor behavior in real conditions and with sunk:lent quality nom the aspect of engineer use.

The Application of the Root Locus Method for the Design of Pitch Controller of an F-104A Aircraft

AB  - This paper presents an application of the root locus technique for the design of a feedback control system of an F-104A aircraft. The analysis of the longitudinal aircraft stability was performed for the jingle Input Single Output (SISO) open-loop system, using linearised equations of aircraft motion and aerodynamic derivatives of an F-104A aircraft taken from the NASA report [1]. The dynamical behavior of the open-loop system was unsatisfactory and led to the introduction of the feedback control system. The closed-loop system was designed using the root locus technique, developed by Evans in 1948. The transfer function parameters of each element of the feedback control system are determined according to previously set design requirements. Although, the analysis of the closed-loop step response showed that all of the design requirements were realised, the controller designed within the proposed control system structure is not the only one, and there are different controller designs that lead to a satisfactory solution.

AB  - This paper presents the numerical model developed for rotor blade aerodynamics loads calculation. The model is unsteady and fully three-dimensional. Helicopter blade is assumed to be rigid, and its motion during rotation is modeled in the manner that rotor presents a model of rotor of helicopter Aerospatiale SA 341 "Gazelle" (the blade is attached to the hub by flap, pitch and pseudo lead-lag hinges). Flow field around the blade is observed in succession of several azimuth locations. Flow field around helicopter rotor is modeled as fully three-dimensional, unsteady and potential. Blade aerodynamics is modeled using a lifting surface model. Rotor wake is generated from the straight elements of constant vorticity, released from the trailing edge, at fixed azimuth angles. These vortices represent both trailed and shed wake components, and are allowed to freely convect along local velocity vectors. Wake is modeled as free one, and its shape at certain moment can be calculated from simple kinematics laws applied on collocation points of the wake. Wake distortion is calculated only in the rotor near-field, i.e. in finite number of rotor revolutions. Vortex elements are modeled with vortex core. The radius of the vortex core is assumed independent of time, and it depends on circulation gradient at the point of vortex element released from the blade.
